The Price Offer Proforma

Dear Customer, when placing an order (by the cart or by e-mail), you first receive a Price Offer including the total cost of products, discount and delivery cost. Send the inquiry to hurt.detal@internationalmedicaladvisor.pl or place an order through the cart. To receive a Price Offer, provide the full address of your medical facility, tax identification number, contact telephone number and Customer Number (which Customer receives at the first purchase). The Customer has the right to resign from the Price Offer or change the products or their quantity in the Price Offer. The validity of the Price Offer is 30 days. After accepting the Price Offer by the Customer, an Invoice is sent for the realization of the order.

All information regarding placing an order and a Price Offer contains the Company Rules.

Medical equipment and supplies from the "GIMA" categories are not subject to customs clearance - these are deliveries within the EU.

A retail discount of -5% when ordering over 2000 PLN for product prices.

A bulk discount from -7% when ordering over 2500 PLN for product prices. No discount for delivery costs to other countries.
